Appointment Management

All services can be booked through our online booking platform

Clients have full access to review and modify their selected services through their profile in the booking app

Complete service descriptions and pricing are available within the booking platform

Clients will receive booking confirmations via email and text message with links to review and modify appointment details
Required Forms

All necessary intake forms and treatment-specific waivers must be completed prior to your appointment

These forms are provided via email upon booking and must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled service

Incomplete paperwork may result in abbreviated treatment time or rescheduling
Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes

Late cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service

This policy ensures we can accommodate clients on our waiting list and respects the time reserved specifically for you

Gratuity is greatly appreciated as well as entirely optional at the client's discretion

Gratuity selection is made by the client during the checkout process on the final signature screen

Credit card gratuity calculations are based on service costs only, not on product purchases
Product Purchases and Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for in-store credit only for unopened and undamaged product only
